Pathways Telehealth Service is a specialist telehealth nurse service where patients can make an appointment to talk through questions they have and ensure they have a holistic care plan. It received the commitment of continued funded under the Labor government through the Commonwealth Department of Health from 1 July 2022, however unfortunately, the government didn’t honour this commitment and we are now needing to run the service on a volunteer basis until funding can be secured.
